The participants are arriving one after another for IMO2023 Japan. On July 4th, the representatives from South America's Colombia arrived at Haneda Airport. About 20 people arrived on the night of the 5th, and it is expected that more than 100 people will arrive at Narita Airport and about 40 people at Haneda Airport on the 6th.
